What to Bring & Wear
- Clothing: Be comfortable and practical. Wear comfortable, breathable athletic apparel. Tops should be fairly form-fitting so your shirt doesn’t fly over your head during forward bends.
- Yoga Mat: If you don’t have a mat no worries – we offer $1 rental mats.
- Towel: Bring a towel to wipe away sweat. If you forget we offer $1 towel rentals.
- Hair Ties or Headbands to keep hair away from face.
- Water: We do have water – however, feel free to bring your own.

Code of Conduct
- Please place street shoes in the cubbies provided outside the studio front door.
- New students: please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to class for an orientation, sign waiver, and check-in.
- Arrive on time for class.
- No cell phones are allowed in the studio.
- No talking once you enter the yoga room or during class.
- It is advised not to eat or to eat lightly for up to 2 hours prior to class start.
- Minor Policy: Our classes are designed for students 16 years of age and older. Students under 16 years of age may attend classes when a parent/guardian is in attendance for the same class or a parent/guardian remains in the lobby during the class. Any exceptions to these policies must be addressed with management prior to class.
** Minors may not be left unattended in the lobby area. The front desk staff are not authorized to supervise children. **
