**NEW CLASS! Our own HEIDI KENTY returns to our regular schedule with Simply 8: Roots to Canopy on Wednesday nights starting May 6th, 6:15-7:30pm. This is an all-levels practice perfect for beginners to experts! Just as a tree needs more than a trunk to thrive, yoga is more than just poses. Explore the eight branches of practice—from the roots of our ethics to the steady branches of breath and movement. Class passes apply.
