**Tuesday night class will no longer be heated starting June 2nd. Spicy Core Vinyasa replaces HOT-To-Go Yoga from 6-7pm. Enjoy a Level 3 challenging and dynamic core-focused flow! (Hot Yoga is on pause for the summer months. It will return in October.) Class passes apply.
**Beginning June 3rd... A new team-taught weekly class with Sue & Anna: Mat Pilates + Stretch & Restore on Wednesday mornings,! Join Sue for 45 minutes of mat-based Pilates to strengthen the core, improve flexibility and increase overall body awareness. End with 30 minutes of gentle stretching, recovery and rest led by Anna. It's Yogalates for ALL! Class passes apply.
**Bridge the gap between dentistry, airway health, and whole body wellness! Enroll in The Mouth-Mind Connection with Hygienist and Oral Wellness Coach Meghan Greco on Sunday, June 7th from 3:30-4:30pm. Did you know that breathing patterns, mouth posture, and airway function influence your nervous system, sleep quality, and overall health? Join Meghan for a highly informative hour and learn how the mouth-mind connection impacts your wellbeing! $25
**Our June Women's Circle: Grounding Rituals for Summer; Hosted by DeAnna & Ariana of Feminine Yoga Collective; Saturday June 13th, 5-7pm. Learn how to move through the often overstimulating energy of summer with intention and balance. Explore how to stay rooted while receiving the beauty of the season. Draw from ancient rituals and seasonal awareness, and leave with a set of practical, meaningful tools to help you feel supported and joyful! $40
**Join our own LIZ for her next sound healing experience... Illuminate: A Solstice Sound Bath on Sunday, June 14, 3:30-4:45pm. Enjoy this full-spectrum sound healing journey built around the energy of the Summer Solstice. Lie back and surrender as a complete 7-chakra crystal singing bowl set, handheld gong, chimes, and rain stick wash over you in waves of resonance. Receive a solstice-inspired takeaway to carry the healing home! $35
**In honor of the summer solstice, enjoy a meditative walk through St. Bartholomew's Memorial Labyrinth Garden (weather permitting). Meet at 8:45am at 21611 Laytonsville Road. We will conclude by 9:25am in order to make it to the studio for Hatha Yoga at 10am. In case of inclement weather, regularly scheduled Teacher-Led Meditation will be held at Sage as usual from 9:30-9:50am. Although there is no charge associated with this event, we do request that you register ahead of time so that we know to expect you.
