Twisting Revolution for Evolution - A Prana Vinyasa Yoga Journey, Saturday May 2nd -- 3-5pm, $40pp; Jai Hanuman - Hanumanasa Festival Wednesday May 6th, 9:30-11am, $35pp (There is NO regular class with Anna that morning); and Cultivating Peace, Health and Happiness: Ayurvedic Wisdom for All, Saturday May 9th -- 12noon-2pm, $40pp. These workshops are open to ALL. **The next Book Club session with LouAnn begins Monday May 4th with Chapters 1-3! We’ll study Buddha’s Brain by Rick Hanson, PhD. This book outlines how modern neuroscience can be applied to ancient contemplative practices to physically reshape the brain for greater happiness, love, and wisdom. The author provides practical tools, including exercises for neuroplasticity, to help readers reduce stress and cultivate positive mental states. Book Club is tons of fun! Join the discussion and find deeper meaning in your reading. Four Mondays thru 6/1 from 5-6pm (there is NO meeting on Memorial Day). ONLY $25 for all four weeks.
