Today’s children are growing up in a stressful world. Busy parents, increasing scholastic demands, social pressures, & constant input from video games, cell phones, TV, and computers can all weigh heavily on a young mind.

Yoga has been shown to benefit children enormously. Our yoga classes are designed for specific ages groups where children can exercise, play, and learn age-appropriate techniques for relaxation and self-care.

In addition to the physical benefits of increased flexibility, strength, and coordination, yoga helps children improve self-esteem and develop greater body awareness, concentration and focus.

There are no classes or events for kids scheduled at this time. If you have interest in coordinating a class or workshop series for kids, gather a small group of interested children and parents and please contact the studio!
