Wednesdays

  • 9:30-10:45am, Gentle Midweek Rejuvenation Flow with Lorie (1)
  • 6:30-7:45pm, Core Focus Flow & Restore with Anna (2/3)

Thursdays

  • 9:30-9:50am, FREE Teacher-Led Meditation with Linda (1)
  • 10-11:30am, Hatha Yoga with Linda (2)
  • 6-7pm, Beginner Yoga Express Miniseries with Anna (1) Classes will be held: 1/9, 1/16 and 1/23
  • 6-7pm, Find Your Flow: Yoga Essentials with Liz (1) A NEW weekly class starting 1/30!

  • 9:15-10:30am, Yoga Foundational Flow with LouAnn (2-3)
