**Join our January Women’s Circle with Ariana and DeAnna: 2025 Intention Setting Guided By Your Intuition! Celebrate the new year in community as we tap into our intuition. Through meditation and journaling, we will explore our needs for the coming year and set powerful intentions that may surprise you!

**Beginner Yoga Express Miniseries with Anna: Classes will be structured as clinics on the proper alignment of classic yoga poses as well as yoga basics like breathwork and meditation. Perfect for yogis seeking to improve their form or beginners needing instruction! All levels are welcome.

**Inclement weather policy: We follow MCPS delays and closures. If schools are delayed, morning classes are canceled but midday and evening classes are on. If MCPS schools are closed, all daytime classes are canceled and we will reevaluate at 3pm whether we will open for evening classes. Please note that the condition of the parking lot and exterior stairs might also factor into our decisions. Always check our website before venturing to the studio during winter weather events!
