A transformative experience led by Ariana and DeAnna of Feminine Yoga Collective, explore the connection between our emotions and physical body through Somatic Experiencing. We'll follow with a soothing yin yoga and breathwork practice designed to open the heart and create space for a joyful, balanced summer.
