**Spring into Abundance! Group Reiki Session with Ancestral Shaman and Usui Reiki Master Blaire Caplan
Your job is to lay down, close your eyes, and feel your feelings. That's it! You'll be given Reiki energy through each chakra that may help remove any mental or physical blockages. Receive channeled messages from your spirit guides and ancestors.

**March Women's Circle: Spring Detox! Rejuvenate Your Body & Energy
Refresh and renew our bodies and minds for the arrival of spring. Draw inspiration from ancient practices to detox the body and clear our energy. Shed the winter season’s heaviness. Create space for a renewed sense of vitality and clarity!
~Saturday March 8th, 5-7pm, $40

*Inclement weather policy: We follow MCPS delays and closures. If schools are delayed, morning classes are canceled but midday and evening classes are on. If MCPS schools are closed, all daytime classes are canceled and we will reevaluate at 3pm whether we will open for evening classes. Please note that the condition of the parking lot and exterior stairs might also factor into our decisions. Always check our website before venturing to the studio during winter weather events!
