As nature awakens, align your body and mind with the rhythms of spring in this refreshing Ayurvedic workshop. Learn how seasonal shifts impact your energy, digestion and emotions while discovering daily rituals, foods, and herbs to restore balance and vitality.
~THIS Sunday April 6th, 3:30-5pm, $35
**Meditation & Mudra with Anna: The FIRST in our Springtime Monthly Happy Hour Series!
Warm up with some gentle movements, then enjoy classic meditations, some of which have a corresponding mudra (hand position). Learn a few bonus mudras to combat seasonal allergies, digestive issues and other afflictions. We'll conclude with a restful savasana.

Tune into our true needs, emerging from winter’s rest and setting gentle, intentional goals for spring. Together, we’ll envision our spring goddess, embracing her energy as we rise and bloom like flowers from the earth.
