Need an updated headshot? It does NOT have to be yoga-related! Monday, May 19th 1-6pm. Please sign up by May 8th! Professional photographer and headshot specialist Jill James is coming. We have 5-10 15-minute appointments available. The price is currently $149 per person. BUT the more people we have scheduled, the price will decrease to only $99! This awesome, discounted price includes all color corrections and touch-ups as well as a digital file. Get a current, professional photo of yourself to use as you please! Warm up with some gentle movements, then enjoy classic meditations, some of which have a corresponding mudra (hand position). Learn a few bonus mudras to combat seasonal allergies, digestive issues and other afflictions. We'll conclude with a restful savasana.
